Warped Tour Cincinnati

A popular mantra among media folks is “access is everything.” I got every ounce of access I asked for when Warped Tour made its stop in Cincinnati last week. This time around, my one lens — a 24-70 — was actually adequate for what I was shooting. That wasn’t the case at all when I shot Bunbury from the crowd (a case of getting no access) three weeks prior.

Looking through my take, I found I got more good images from my time at Bunbury than I did at Warped Tour. It just goes to show access isn’t everything… it’s what you do with it that counts.

Nonetheless, I’m not too disappointed being that it was my second time shooting music. Here’s my expanded take on WLWT.com.

For the record, New Found Glory is the most insane band I’ve ever seen live. No joke.
