Lens Cap: A hint of reminiscence

The Gaylord High School hockey team won its home opener Friday. It was the first game I have seen as a spectator in over four years.

Friday night I had the opportunity to test out my new camera, shooting the Gaylord hockey team’s home opener, a 7-0 win against Gibraltar.

It was weird for me to cover the game because I have played on Gaylord’s team for the past four years. It was the first Blue Devil game that I can explicitly remember not being a part of.

All in all, Gaylord looks like it’s on the right track to having a successful season. The Blue Devils sit at 5-2.

Here is a sampling of my photos from the game. The background music got nabbed from YouTube, because, yeah, I don’t own it. Oh well, bear with me.
